Tech Deck Dudes are these little PVC figures with skateboards that you can buy at Wal-Mart, Target, or TRU. They make a lot of these guys to resemble famous people. I have a couple that look like Lil Jon, Arnold (Terminator), and Akuma from Street Fighter.
